Don't worry, that's normal. Most owners usually are not sure. Before we list anything, I'll do a free market assessment based on recent transactions in your area and give you a realistic recommended price.

📄 What about paperwork and legal documents?

I handle the Tenancy Agreement, Letter Of Offer, and all other standard documentation. You don't need to figure any of that out yourself - I'll walk you through every document before you sign anything.

📋 How much is your fee?

Nothing upfront. My service is free until your property is sold or tenanted. Standard Agent fee applies only on a successful deal - 3% of the sale price, or 1 month's rent for tenancy (this is a ballpark figure, it may vary depending on some factors). If there's no result, you pay nothing.

📸 Will you come to take photos and videos?

Yes, I personally visit your property to shoot photos and videos for the marketing materials. Good visuals attract serious buyers and tenants faster. This is part of my service, no extra charge.
